Booking Requests vs Confirmed Reservations
Online submissions are requests for transportation. A reservation is confirmed only after SierraLink reviews and approves your trip or quote.
Payment
Pricing is quote-based. Payment may be requested through approved quotes and secure payment processing when enabled. Payment terms are provided with your quote.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are provided when configured in admin and included with your confirmed quote. Contact SierraLink to discuss changes to your reservation.
